The Swedish band 'e:lect' comes with there song synth pop song 'Spies' around the corner like there were always there. Familiar synthesizer sounds, a catchy melody and a distinct danceable beat of a 90s euro disco / electro pop song are the cornerstones of the song 'Spies'. The song is taken from the album 'Disoriented Illusion'.
Last year we already included the song "I'm Not The One You Think I Am" by the band, in collaboration with Patrik Adolfsson, in our Spotify playlist 'Synth Pop Newcomer 2021'. However, at least for me, it went a bit under the radar. Only now have I discovered that the band already has a considerable back catalogue.
