Small inferno, big vibe: Soft Faith are back

After a short break, Soft Faith are back with their new song 'Little Hell'. I must con­fess: the open­ing auto­t­une 'Oh, oh' put me off at first. Fortunately, that brief shock is as far as it goes. What fol­lows is a synth pop track typ­ic­al of Soft Faith, which scores extra points with a subtle syn­thwave touch. I am par­tic­u­larly fond of the chor­us: with its del­ic­ate strings and har­mo­ni­ous melody, it is incred­ibly catchy.

By the way, I found the way the band pitched the song to me very charm­ing: "Thanks for listen­ing, sorry if the vibe is not quite right for your Playlists". Let me just say one thing to that: yes, the vibe actu­ally suits us very well! With this track, the US pro­ject deliv­ers the per­fect pre­view for their upcom­ing self-titled debut album, which takes us back styl­ist­ic­ally to the early 1980s. I am extremely excited to hear the full record.
