The new song 'No Bliss' by 'DOERFER' from Germany con­vinced me right from the start. After listen­ing to the song, I was thrilled by the energy and emo­tion­al­ity of the song.

The soft, female vocals give the song a relaxed atmo­sphere that har­mon­ises per­fectly with the accom­pa­ny­ing arpeg­gio sound. The mix­ture of elec­tro pop and synth pop ele­ments gives the song the neces­sary momentum and drives it forward.

The song def­in­itely has a cer­tain dark pop char­ac­ter, which shows through the lyr­ics and the mood of the song. But still, the song man­ages to main­tain a cer­tain light­ness and play­ful­ness that makes it very accessible.

I found the slight 80s flair of the song par­tic­u­larly impress­ive. It reminds me of some of the biggest synth pop hits of that era and gives the song a cer­tain nos­tal­gic charm.
