The artist Franck Choppin teamed up with Alexander Pierce for this track to create an electro pop song bursting with new wave elements. The use of vintage synthesizers like the Yamaha DX7 and the Roland Juno-106 gives the piece an unmistakable authenticity that immediately captivates me as a fan of the era.

The naive and romantic mood of the song perfectly matches the lyrical content. Lines like "You are my timeless flame, you are my shining star" sound to me like they were taken directly from an 80s love song. I think that the combination of a catchy melody and yearning lyrics strikes just the right balance to appeal to both nostalgic feelings and modern listening habits.

However, there is a fly in the ointment: the music video unfortunately consists only of repetitive stock material. I would have liked to see a more elaborate or original video that fits the song and captures the visual aesthetics of the 80s.
