A captivating slow-burner with youthful naivety
To be honest, it’s quite rare for me to feature a track on Electrozombies where I’m not 100% sure at first glance whether it fits the bill perfectly. That’s exactly how I felt at first about “La Voix Des Incendies” by the French duo La Nuit Américaine.
The track is more of a slow-burner: light electro pop that sonically leans noticeably towards Chromatics. At first I wasn’t all that convinced, but the track possessed an unobtrusive magic and simply wouldn’t let me go. Ultimately, the song completely captivated me with its very own, youthful naivety. A fascinating listening experience that keeps getting better.
