The song 'When The Wind Blows' is a very nice minimal electro piece performed by the French band 'Nomenklatür'.
The French duo knows exactly what they are doing and can also perfectly describe their music. They say themselves that their music is a combination of techno, techno house and synth pop. Think of it as a mixture of Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode and The Chemical Brothers. That pretty much sums it up. I definitely like this track. Techno is generally not my thing, but the DNA traces of techno are only minimally present here. It's worth listening to here!

Nomenklatür about 'When The Wind Blows'
Suspenseful, saturated and sensual, When the Wind Blows by Nomenklatür sees the duo asking us to enter their cold, languid world of techno. In this EP mixing techno, tech-house and synth-pop, saturated synth pads accompany the deep, ethereal vocals of French-American “Odge”. Vaporous, mysterious and retrofuturistic, When the Wind Blows makes us enter a world populated by mysterious creatures.
