WarePredator ignites industrial fireworks with ‘Fire’
Like a Molotov cocktail exploding on the dance floor, WarePredator's new track “Fire (Someone Lit the Ethanol)” is exploding in my ears. As a long-time "Faderhead" fan, I immediately feel at home with this brutal industrial sound. The similarity is unmistakable, and that's exactly what makes the song so appealing to me.
The brutal, powerful beat relentlessly hammers itself into my brain and literally screams out to be lived out on the dance floor. I find the multi-vocal chorus particularly fascinating, giving the track an epic touch. When the word “Fire” booms through the speakers, I can't help but think of a whimsical mix of "The Prodigy" and "Scooter" – a combination that works surprisingly well.
For my taste, “Fire” is on the borderline of being overly aggressive, but that's what makes it so appealing. I highly recommend this energetic industrial hit to any Faderhead fan. WarePredator has created a real highlight for all industrial fans that will set the dance floors on fire.
Since the song doesn't really fit into our “New Synth Pop Songs” playlist, I think it's better off in “10 bands with bigger beats than ‘The Prodigy’ that are gonna kick your ass!” of the article of the same name (go directly to the Spotify playlist).

Lyrics of "WarePredator – Fire (Someone Lit the Ethanol)"
Ground's shaking
Hands trembling
Atmosphere's cold
I've got something
A lifeline
Above me
Like Frehley
And cold gin
It soothes me
All right now
When I jump out
Near the stage lights
Set me free
and watch as I
fill my glass
And I will spit
Fire
And smoke on my water
I will not dry on the spot
Four on the floor
Gotta live it
With my heartbeat
Now off the limit
My hands and feet
Start to throw a fit
As they're pulling me
Right in the moshpit
And now the walls are
Cavin' in
As all the lights
Got me blinded
But I still try
To lay low
Flying under
Your radar
One last shot
One last shot
Fill my glass
And I will spit
Fire
And smoke on my water
I take my place on the globe
Someone lit the ethanol
And the flames get higher
I will not dry on the spot
Before I get on stage
When I'm running late
Sake of celebration
One more
One more
Before I get on stage
When I'm running late
Sake of celebration
One more
One more
Before I get on stage
When I'm running late
Sake of celebration
One more
One more
Before I get on stage
When I'm running late
Sake of celebration
One more
One more
Fire
And smoke on my water
I will not dry on the spot
