The first sounds and vocals of the song 'Spirit World (Feat. Canella)' from 'Lark' are light and lilting like a 90s Eurodisco / mainstream techno / ambient song. However, the track then very skilfully manages the transformation into a first-class and catchy electro pop / synthwave song. Musically, the song is somewhere between Pat Benatar and Ladytron.
