A familiar blow with the synth sledgehammer

Right from the first vocal shout of “There is too much noise”, my mind was instantly trans­por­ted back to Duran Duran in the 80s and 90s. My first thought: Wow, I think this is going to be good. Then those massive synth sounds kick in, deliv­er­ing an instant hook as if I’d just been hit by a sledge­ham­mer.

By the 21st second, it was clear to me: I don’t just like this track, it really packs a punch. The chor­us is abso­lutely bril­liant and extremely catchy, whilst the lyr­ics urge us to respect ourselves before our hearts burn out in the noise of the world. The first time I heard it, the song felt to me as though I’d known it forever, like an old, trus­ted friend. The hand­made video also exudes charm and a love for real val­ues. Electrozombies award this banger 5 out of 5 stars! And I sin­cerely hope this song wasn’t just a one-off Intermezzo! Big love!!!
