Cool artwork, strange title
The first thing I did as I start listen to the album was to check what 'Vitriolic' means. As I start reading that it has something to do with chemicals, I gave up immediately. Luckily you don't have to be a chemistry genius to listen and enjoy 'Me The Tiger'.
The musical chemistry is ideal
The first single 'What Promises Are Worth' sounded already promising as I watched the official music video. And 'Me The Tiger' chooses this song wisely, because it's the strongest one.
Furthermore there are a few 4 star rating tracks with remarkable tunes like 'As We Really Are', 'Myheroine', 'Headlines', and more on the record. You should give these songs a chance to listen.
I'm feel really sad for the last two songs on 'Vitriolic'. But I can't catch the vibes or either the deeper meaning of the songs. I don't want to play hide and seek in this case, I simply don't like them. If 'Me The Tiger' would have dispensed those two songs, then the album could have finished with a grand total score of 3.9 stars.
