Magnetic Skies – Darker Night

Magnetic Skies - Darker NightThe song 'Darker Night' by the British band 'Magnetic Skies' is an amazing wild genre mix. The song combines genre like dark wave, electro rock, synth pop and new wave like almost no other.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of electric guitars and rock sounds. Unless the mixture between electronics and guitars harmonises evenly and perfectly. And that is true in the case of the song 'Darker Night'.

Moreover, the young english musicians compare their sound with bands like: Depeche Mode, Actors, The Cure, Soft Cell, A Flock Of Seagulls, Gary Numan and Sisters Of Mercy. Well, doesn't that sound like a wish list. Then just listen to it for yourself!

Lyrics of 'Magnetic Skies – Darker Night'

swallow hard, fight the fever
as warm as ice, i’m not a believer
the road is dark, is it in the shadows?
you won’t slow down, you’re way too shallow

into the darker night
into the darker night

you stand alone like a stranger
and pushing out for someone’s danger
the sound is lost and your eyes are wider
you’re breathing fast and you feel the wire

into the darker night
into the darker night

into the darker night
into the darker night

and the silence is too loud
and the silence is too loud
and the silence is too loud
and the silence is too loud
