Enter Shikari – A Flash Flood Of Colour

Musically no borders

A ‘Flash Flood Of Colour’ is an album that is jumping into your face like a tornado filled with mummified bears with shark heads. And as crazy as it sounds, but this is the only possible way to describe Enter Shikari‘s music style. Metal, Punk, Dubstep, Electrorock, Synth Pop, everything finds use in ‘Enter Shikari‘.

An emotional rollercoaster

The opening track ‘System Meltdown’ has molten my heart from the first listening. In the first part ‘System …’, I felt throwed back in time and I remarked that I had tears in my eyes from these emotional lyrics. But like a bomb, the second part of the song ‘… Meltdown’ sonically explodes, and brings my feet back on the ground and I wanted to start a revolution immediately.

You like insane and wild Electrorock, then there is no chance to stop by ‘A Flash Flood Of Colour’. I recommend you to listen to the songs ‘Sssnakepit’, ‘Gandhi Mate, Gandhi’, and ‘Hello Tyrannosaurus, Meet Tyrannicide’ as well.

By the way, this album also made it into our article ‘The best Synth Pop and genre-related albums 2012‘. Read now.
